Karen Stein


Karen is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), with over 2,000 coaching hours providing executive coaching to senior leaders, supporting them with achieving their professional goals.    She has a depth of business experience from +30 years in the professional services industry, having been a partner of Deloitte for almost 24 years.

Her interest in coaching from a positive psychology perspective is complemented by her Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, from The University of Sydney. 

Karen recently published her International Award winning book, Be your own leadership coach (self-coaching strategies to lead your way) with Major Street Publishing in Australia, and Pan MacMillan India, where she has just returned from a 2 week book launch. Her hope is to increase the equity of access to coaching through self-coaching practices, as set out in her book.

Karen currently coaches at Deloitte where she designed and leads the Women Partner Coaching Program, and volunteers with Dress for Success and the Bambuddha Group, providing coaching support for their clients.
