The program is structured over three months, including:

  • Strengths profile and debrief call.
  • 3 x 1-2-1 coaching sessions.

  • 3 x peer-led fireside chats.
  • Monthly lunch clubs.

Participants should expect to commit approximately 7-9 hours in the first month, and 6-8 hours in the second and third months.

The launch price of the program is $2,500, which includes all digital and face-to-face sessions, as well as a 12-month Strivin membership. The usual cost of the program is $3,500.
