Let’s call it for what it is — being made redundant is sh*t and we’ve already been through a few sh*tty  years. 

Banding together with other people in a similar position or with those you may want to support can help make it considerably less sh*tty though. 

So, we’ve pulled together 11 webinars, group coaching and 1-2-1 support to help everyone whose role has been recently impacted. We don’t want anyone to feel alone and we want to ensure everyone has access to what they  need as they navigate what’s next.

We are also offering Group Coaching every Friday morning at 8am – for when you need to know you aren’t alone. It’s your chance to chat to others in a similar position but also get help and advice from a coach on anything that has come up for you that week. 

1-2-1 chats – for when you want to just chat to someone who can help you understand a situation or to help navigate what’s next. Book a session directly with one of our wonderful mentors. We know you’ll feel better for it! 

And Playlists – sometimes we just want to do a bit of extra reading or prep by ourselves. Our curated playlists will help you find the content and templates you need for your job hunt easily.

Tips for articulating your value

Being able to articulate your value is going to be a key tool when searching for a new role but it’s something so many of us struggle with. It can be particularly difficult after a redundancy. Lucy is going to talk you through how to get clear on your value and then how to articulate your value whether you are at CV stage or interview.

Creating a killer personal brand

Developing a personal brand can feel like a daunting task. Putting yourself ‘out there’ on social media might be something that fills you full of dread or maybe you’ve decided you don’t have the time, energy (insert excuse here) to do it.
Mitch will talk you through how they’ve built their personal brand, how they go about regularly creating content and all the benefits they’ve seen from building their own brand.

How do you know it’s the right role for you

Is this job right for me? Interviews are often stressful experiences, especially if you haven’t had much experience or you find it uncomfortable being in the spotlight. This can be amplified further if it’s your first interview after a redundancy, you might not be feeling at your most impressive self. How to ask for and give feedback that serves you, when job hunting

When it comes to feedback, knowing what to take and what to leave, especially after an interview, can serve you in more ways than one.
